The activities of Partnership Groups

The Partnership Groups are the structures committed to taking ACTION. Therefore the joint programmes and projects are at the core of their existence. Each partnership defines the objectives and chooses the priorities according to the character of its region (the cultural and natural richness, the economic potential etc.) and according to its interests and creativity.

The Foundation Partnership for Environment offers to the Partnership Groups the support with the realization of their activities contributing to the sustainable development of regions. The programmes for the Partnership Groups are the results of many year experience and methodology, that encourage:

development of the environment friendly tourism (the program Greenways and the programme Ecomuseums)
support of the local economy and social enterprise (the programme Local Brand)
implementation of ecologic solutions and ecologic education (the programme Schools for Sustainable Development and the programme Clean Business)
reinforcement of civil society (the programme Partnership Academy)

Since the begininning of its activity in 1998, the Partnership Groups has realized numerous smaller and larger projects, financed from such sources as:
