The start of the project „Decydujmy razem” (Let’s decide together)

The meeting in the frame of the project “Decydujmy razem” (Let’s decide togheter) will take place on 31 March – 1 April 2010 in the center of the Polish Academy of Science in Madralin next to Otwock. The meeting will inaugurate the project which aims to develop the new forms of participation in policy making at the local level. The project is realized by the Ministry of Regional Development in cooperation with five polish non-governmental organizations with the financing from the European Social Fund.

We are pleased to inform that on the 1^st March the Local Action Group “Partnership Integration Tourism” has become a candidate member in the National Network of Partnership Groups. The LAG “Partnership Integration Tourism” is a partnership group consisting of non-governmental organisations, local autorities and business sector representatives who cooperate together for the socio-economic development in the Lower Silesia region (the Group is operating in the Legnicki district and in the communes: Kunice, Legnickie Pole, Mikowice, Ruja).

The innovative course called the Partnership Academy is designed for the representatives of all the sectors of public life – those in large and small business, national and local government agencies, universities, schools and civil society groups. The Partnership Academy is offered for those who are involved in cross-sector partnerships and who seek to develop and improve partnership practice of their organization or the impact of partnerships in their region by learning from the practical experience of others and gaining an appreciation for the prospects for the future of partnership action in Poland.
